East Peoria Express World Series Qualifiers:  Entry fee - $300.00; Format – 5 game guarantee (weather permitting); Top 10% receive berth to the “A” World Series; Top 20% receive berth to the “B” World Series.  Team and Individual Awards to 1^st & 2^nd place, team award to Consolation Champion.  Games will be played at EastSide Centre, in East Peoria, IL.  The complex has 9 lighted, irrigated, all-weather diamonds. Batting cages, water park and fitness center on site. Directions to EastSide Centre and Hotel rates & maps can be located at:  www.eastsidecentre.com.  

Each entrant needs to include the tournament entry fee and $20.00 NSA registration fee OR the 2005 NSA Registration Number along with the entry form.  You may go online to register at www.illinoisnsa.com to fill out NSA registration form.  Select State/Region, then choose “Central IL/EastSide Centre”.  Follow the instructions on the screen to register.
