Please note that this schedule is just a guide! Managers should always CHECK the official MAIN PAIRINGS BOARD
after EVERY game to see if there are any TIME or DIAMOND CHANGES
ALL MANAGERS AND PLAYERS MUST CHECK IN 60 MINUTES BEFORE
FIRST GAME.
ALL MANAGERS MUST BRING AN OFFICIAL
SIGNED ON-LINE ROSTER
TO GIVE TO THE TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR AT
CHECK IN
ALL CLASS E PLAYERS must be checked in
individually with their PITCHER ID and will be fitted with a WRISTBAND
that must be worn at all times during games.
NO ID - NO WRISTBAND – NO PLAY!
All players must also carry
PITCHER ID
in their bat bags at all times! There will be ID-Roster checks!
NO OUTSIDE
ALCOHOL OR FOOD IN THE PARK.
VIOLATORS WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE.
ICE COLD
BEER WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE CONCESSION STAND
Teams must be at the field ready to play 30
minutes BEFORE scheduled game time!!
