Please note that this schedule is just a guide!  Managers should always CHECK the official MAIN PAIRINGS BOARD after EVERY game to see if there are any TIME or DIAMOND CHANGES! 

 

ALL MANAGERS MUST CHECK IN AT TOURNAMENT HEADQUARTERS TENT BY CONCESSION STAND 60 MINUTES BEFORE FIRST GAME.

ALL MANAGERS MUST BRING A PAPER ROSTER WITH COMPLETE PLAYER INFORMATION AND SIGNATURES TO GIVE TO THE TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR AT CHECK IN.

 

ALL ROSTERS WILL BE CHECKED FOR PLAYERS CLASSIFICATIONS.

 

NO OUTSIDE ALCOHOL IN THE PARK. VIOLATORS WILL BE ARRESTED.

ICE COLD BEER FOOD AND OTHER DRINKS WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE CONCESSION STAND.

 

Teams must be at the field ready to play 30 minutes BEFORE scheduled game time!!

Mangers are responsible for checking the official bracket board AFTER EVERY GAME!

FALL WORLD SERIES in Panama City Beach, Florida - November 13-15, 2009 or

WINTER WORLD SERIES in Tampa, Florida - February 19-21, 2010

EQUALIZER RULE                        
When two teams of different classes play each other, the lower class team has the choice of using their class home run rule or the home
run rule of the higher class. This is to be communicated to the home plate umpire at the conference before the game at home plate.
