ROSTERS ONLINE.
Rosters must be online prior to participating in your first tournament.
NOTE: ALL Fields are MANDATORY!
INCORRECT or MISSING information will make players
ineligible to participate.
We recommend you collect the following information from
each player in advance before beginning:
Player’s
FULL Name – No nicknames
Player’s Full Address
(City, State and Zip Code)
Player’s Date of Birth
Player’s Driver’s License
Number (If a player does not have one, enter a Government Issued ID.)
